Every department will receive the documents that are assigned by admin to be resolved according to the time that have been specified. Time for each document check in and check out from one department to another department will be recorded by the system to ensure that the location and the user of the document can be tracked.

If there is any loses of document, the system can detect who is the last person that holds the document by use the barcode scanning and also you can refer at the time that are recorded during check in and check out process. You don’t have to wasting your time by searching the document from each department. If there is client that want to know about their document, this system can notify to admin the latest update about the document such as the expecting delivery of document that facilitate you to inform your client.
