Most customers who are the business owners especially those generation who know nothing about Information Technology and also for those who knows merely little knowledge on computer "terms" believe that "spending" money factor for computerisation is a BIG waste of money & totally unnecessary!

We have done a survey to some extend and the questionnaires are as below;

1. If computers are not important, then why not use back typewriters?
2. If everyone thinks that they can use Ms Excel & Ms Word to completely automate their office business processes, then why do they going for accounting (UBS, MYOB), CRM, and ERP software's?
3. If business owners can determine the effectives on whether if there is need of having software for their organization, then why not they come forward to re-invent the wheel of IT?
4. If business owners believe what they know about IT is enough to judge the proposal by a consultant of a software company, then why not education institution stop educating IT grads?

I believe one can easily realise the answers from the questionnaires 1 - 4 above. Everyone & every type of business depends on computers & its capability (software's), still IT profession is not accredited as a PROFESSIONAL and not adopted into Professional Act. Anyone who knows a grasp of knowledge in IT can print a name card and having its title as "IT Specialist", "IT Consultant", "IT System Engineer" and many more title's that may shock the generation yet to come.

Cyber laws that consists of Data Privacy Act has become a criminal offence - still there is lack of acceptance in public of why should you engage a non IT graduates (school leavers) to service them though they are good in their knowledge.
